Ants — Odorous house ants are the most common complaint we get. They trail along kitchen counters, bathrooms, and anywhere there's moisture. Carpenter ants are a bigger concern because they excavate wood for nesting. Pavement ants show up in basements and around foundations.

Spiders — Brown recluse and black widow spiders are both present in our region. Brown recluse in particular are common in basements, closets, and storage areas of homes in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. Wolf spiders, common house spiders, and cellar spiders are frequent visitors too.

Cockroaches — German roaches infest kitchens and bathrooms. American roaches (the large ones) come up from sewers and crawl spaces. Oriental roaches prefer cool, damp areas like basements. Each species requires a different treatment approach.

Mice and Rats — House mice can fit through a hole the size of a dime. Norway rats and roof rats are larger and more destructive. All three species contaminate food, chew on wiring, and reproduce rapidly.

Bed Bugs — These hitchhikers show up in the cleanest homes. They travel on luggage, furniture, and clothing. We offer both chemical and heat treatment options depending on the severity.

Mosquitoes — Seasonal yard treatments reduce mosquito populations around your home. We target breeding sites and resting areas where mosquitoes harbor during the day.

Fleas and Ticks — Indoor and outdoor treatment programs for homes with pets or significant yard exposure. We treat the home interior, yard, and provide prevention recommendations.

Wasps, Hornets, and Yellow Jackets — Nest removal and preventive treatment. We handle ground nests, eave nests, attic nests, and the paper wasp colonies that build under every deck railing in Kentucky.

Silverfish, Earwigs, Centipedes, Crickets — The "creepy crawlies" that show up in basements, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. All covered under our standard plans.

Stink Bugs and Asian Lady Beetles — Seasonal invaders that cluster on the sunny side of your home in fall and find their way inside through gaps around windows and doors.

Every home gets a customized treatment plan based on what we find during the initial inspection. Here's the general process:

Initial Inspection (Free) A licensed technician inspects your home's interior and exterior. We identify active pest problems, potential entry points, conducive conditions (moisture, harborage areas, food sources), and any structural issues that make your home vulnerable. This takes 30-45 minutes for most homes.

First Treatment The initial treatment is the most thorough. We treat interior baseboards, entry points, kitchens, bathrooms, and any active harborage areas. On the exterior, we treat the foundation perimeter, eaves, window frames, door frames, and any specific problem areas identified during inspection. We also address entry points with exclusion materials where needed.

Ongoing Service Regular service visits (monthly or quarterly depending on your plan) maintain the protective barrier around your home. Each visit includes an exterior perimeter treatment, targeted interior treatment as needed, web removal, monitoring station checks, and a walkthrough to identify any new issues. What We Don't Do We don't spray and pray. We don't douse your home in product and hope for the best. Modern pest control is targeted, measured, and based on understanding pest biology. We use the right product in the right place at the right time. That's better for your family, better for the environment, and more effective against the pests.

Three straightforward options. All month-to-month. All include free callbacks between visits.

Bronze — $42/month Covers general household pests: ants, spiders, cockroaches, silverfish, earwigs, centipedes, crickets, mice, and rats. Quarterly service visits with interior and exterior treatment. This handles the majority of what most homes deal with.

Gold — $50/month Everything in Bronze plus flying and stinging insects: wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, mosquitoes (seasonal yard treatment), fleas, ticks, and flies. If you spend time in your yard, have pets, or are tired of wasps building nests on your porch every spring, Gold is the right level.

Platinum — $67/month Everything in Gold plus termite monitoring. Includes bait station installation, regular monitoring, annual termite inspection, and a termite warranty. Termites cause more property damage than fires and storms combined. For an extra $17/month over Gold, you get continuous monitoring and a warranty that covers retreatment. This is our most popular plan for homeowners who want everything covered.
